I‘m Vanessa, a self-taught anime artist from Germany who draws both digitally and traditionally. I mainly draw my OCs, but also draw fanart too sometimes. Besides drawing I love playing video games, primarily JRPGs. Some of my favorite franchises are Kingdom Hearts, Tales of and Drakenier.

Lucine

Lucine is a kind, extroverted noble woman and a vampire. Her first love and fiancée, Yozora, died young which completely shattered her. Many years later she still hasn't completely overcome her grief.
Lucine is a bit insecure. Often times people, mainly man, only try to get close to her because of her status and beauty.She lives with her younger brother Shinya who she's really close to. They have a huge rose garden which the twins Rose and Ibara from a befriended family, take care of. The twins‘ cousin Chiharu and her family make accessoires and decorations out of the preserved roses.Lucine loves girl‘s days with the twins and Chiharu. They often watch concerts and other stuff related to their favorite idol, Haruto. One day she surprises her friends with VIP tickets and forces Shinya to come along as he doesn’t like his music which she wants to change.
Haruto catches interest in Lucine while the meet and greet and wants to get to know her better. These feelings are mutual much to Shinya‘s dismay.When Lucine is in vampire mode her eyes turn from violet to red and her hair from blonde to silver. These color changes are a unique trait only members of their family have.

Shinya

Shinya is a usually friendly, introverted noble man and a vampire.Shinya lives with his big sister Lucine who he’s really close to. They have a huge rose garden which the twins Rose and Ibara from a befriended family, take care of. The twins‘ cousin Chiharu and her family make accessoires and decorations out of the preserved roses.Shinya looked up to Yozora, Lucine‘s fiancée, a lot. When he died it was a big shock for him. Though he doesn’t show it much anymore, he’s still missing him a lot today.After Yozora‘s death, Shinya became very protective of his sister, scaring away men because many of them only try to get close to her because of her status and beauty. For this reason he began disliking men in general, except for those who wouldn’t pursue Lucine.Shinya prefers being around women. He‘s quite good with ladies and like his sister he‘s pretty popular in general. Many girls fall in love with him, but he turns them all down. He doesn’t realize his feelings for Chiharu, although in school and everywhere else he unconsciously seeks out contact with quieter girls similar to her.One day when Lucine surprises her friends with VIP tickets she forces Shinya to come along. He doesn’t like Haruto. He claims he and his music are way to overrated, but the main thing he doesn’t like is that Lucine is a big fan.. of a man. Shinya reluctantly accompanies the girls to Haruto‘s concert and meet and greet. The situation turns out worse than he thought because Haruto shows interest in Lucine and wants to get to know her better. These feelings are mutual much to Shinya‘s dismay.Shinya is a little lazy sometimes. He loves to relax and drink his favorite drink „Fresh Blood“. Though he appreciates his alone time a lot, he loves hanging out with his beloved sister and the others.When Shinya is in vampire mode his eyes turn from violet to red and his hair from blonde to silver. These color changes are a unique trait only members of their family have.

Rose & Ibara

Rose and Ibara are identical twins. Their family has a long history with Lucine‘s and Shinya‘s family and is not only befriended with them, but they also have a working relationship with them. Their family branch are experts with gardening and specialize with roses. Their relatives, the family of their cousin Chiharu makes accessoires/decorations out of the preserved flowers.
From a young age the twins began taking care of Lucine‘s and Shinya‘s garden and eventually moved in their mansion for convenience.The twins are a little cheeky and chaotic sometimes. They’re banned from using the kitchen alone as their carelessness caused a fire. Rose and Ibara tend to boss poor Shinya around a little when they, Lucine and Chiharu have a girl‘s day.
The twins support Chiharu‘s big crush on Shinya and try to help her out a little, but much to their frustration Shinya just doesn‘t realize her feelings for him. That may be part of the reason they try to get on Shinya‘s nerves sometimes though they are good friends.The twins can be told apart from the side their pony tail is on. Rose‘s is on the left side and Ibara's on the right. An even better indicator are their clothes. While their both rose themed, only Ibara always has thorn patterns.

Chiharu

Chiharu is an introverted and shy girl with a passion for crafting. She, along with her family have a close friendship and work relationship with Lucine‘s and Shinya‘s family. Chiharu‘s cousins, the twins Rose and Ibara, take care of Lucine‘s and Shinya‘s rose garden, while she and her family create accessoires and decorations out of the preserved roses.Lucine‘s head piece was created by Chiharu. Shinya had asked her if she could make an accessoire for his beloved sister. They brainstormed together and then came up with the idea to make a head piece that has the feel of a bridal veil, fitting for Lucine‘s elegance.Chiharu has a big crush if not a small obsession on Shinya since for ever, but she can’t bring up her courage to confess to him. He says he sees her as a little sister, not noticing her feelings and that he actually likes her too. Everyone but him notices her crush. Even Haruto who barely knew her could see it. Her cousins and Lucine support her the best they can with her crush.
Under her pillow Chiharu hides a photo of Shinya which she looks at before going to sleep and sometimes falls asleep while hugging it.Besides crafting Chiharu likes to read romance novels and have girl‘s days with Lucine and the twins. Her work and studies take much of her time so she can’t visit them and Shinya as often as she’d like. Chiharu is befriended with her classmate Shion, who is working to be an idol.
